Entry requirements
IAU requires either evidence of an earned high school diploma, General Educational Development (GED) test, or the successful completion of 12 semester units earned at an appropriately accredited postsecondary institution or foreign equivalent. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
- Transfer Credit (TRC): 90 units
- Standardized Exam Credit (SEC): 90 units
- Prior Experiential Learning Credit (PEL): Of the first 60 semester credits awarded a student in an undergraduate program, no more than 15 semester credits. Of the second 60 semester credits (i.e., credits 61–120) awarded a student in an undergraduate program, no more than 15 semester credits.
IAU requires students to possess computer and internet skills sufficient to effectively participate in IAU’s pedagogical model and conduct research at the undergraduate level.
Students must have the minimum auditory skill level and oral skill level needed to be successful in the ESL program, as determined by a standardized English placement exam. These tests use academic content to evaluate non-native speakers’ English skills in Listening Comprehension, Structure and Written Expression, and Reading Comprehension.

1. What is the minimum eligibility for the program?
Complete 120 semester units of prescribed curriculum also a minimum of TWO internships along with complete all required coursework with a cumulative G.P.A. of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
2. How do I become eligible for the scholarship? What is the application process?
The scholarship is rolled out based on academic and professional achievements. Once the application form is submitted with these details, the admissions committee reviews the same. If you are admitted into the program, the scholarship that you are eligible for will be mentioned on the offer letter. Please note that admission is provisional until successful verification of supporting documents and completing the payment formalities.
1. What are the accreditations of IAU ?
Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP): IAU is a member of ACBSP and is a candidate for accreditation of its business programs, including a separate accreditation for its accounting program. Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA): IAU is listed on the CHEA database of institutions accredited by recognized U.S. accrediting organizations .
1. What is the refund policy for this program?
You can claim a refund for the amount paid towards the Program at any time, before the Program Start Date, by visiting https://universityroad.io/ and submitting your refund form via the "My Application" section under your profile. You can request your Admissions Counsellor to help you in applying and withdrawing for a refund by sending them an email with reasons listed. There shall be no refund applicable once the program has started. This is applicable even for those students who could not complete their payment, and could not be enrolled in the batch opted for. However, the student can avail pre-deferral as per the policy defined below for the same. , 2. Student must pay the full fee within seven (7) days of payment of the deposit amount or Batch Start Date, whichever is earlier; otherwise, the admission letter will be rescinded. , 3. Request for refund as per point no. 1 of the refund policy must be sent via email in the prescribed refund request form. The refund will be processed within 30 working days of submitting the duly signed refund form, after being duly approved by the Academic Committee.
